Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for social media platforms, excelling in a video first strategy.
Create engaging, high-quality, and on-brand visual content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand identity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to optimize future content and strategies.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of social media posts.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to foster a community with our audience.
Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to keep our social media presence innovative and exciting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in content creation and social media strategy, preferably within the home decor or lifestyle industry.
Proven experience creating video content, a portfolio or examples of previous work is a bonus.
Strong visual storytelling skills with a meticulous and creative eye for detail.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Strong pulse on social media trends.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
